How can I attach your pins?

Our enamel pins are made out of two parts; the enamel pin itself and the butterfly clutch (on the back). When you want to attach the pin on your clothing, you detach the two parts.
Now, you can put the needle of the pin through your shirt and then re-attach the butterfly clutch on the inside of your shirt through the needle. In this way, the pin is visible on the outside, while it is firmly attached through the inside of your shirt or other piece of clothing.
Easy-peasy, lemon squeezy.
Do the pins leave holes in my garment?

After removing the pins, it may appear that there is a small hole left in the garment in question. However, after washing the garment, this hole is completely gone. This is because the pin does not actually make a hole, but pushes the fabric of the clothing aside. So no worries :)
When will my pins arrive?

Our pins are made of brass metal and (soft) enamel.
Can your pins handle a ride in the washing machine?

Yes they can! The colour of the pin doesn't vanish and the quality of the pin remains the same.
However, we still don't recommend it for the safety of your washing machine and your garments.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Orders are processed swiftly to ensure prompt delivery. If you need to make changes or cancel, please contact us immediately at info@thedailypins.com. We'll do our best to accommodate your request, but once an order has been dispatched, modifications may not be possible.
Do you offer gift wrapping or personalized messages?

Currently, we don't provide gift wrapping services. However, our pins come in charming packaging, making them perfect for gifting. If you'd like to include a personalized message, please reach out to us right after placing your order.
What about the shipping costs?

Shipping costs are € 4.50 within the EU and between € 6.50 and € 10.00 for all other countries. For orders above € 35.00, shipping is on us.

Can I return my pins?

We offer a no-quibble returns policy on our products, whatever the reason, even if you have just changed your mind. All we ask is that you return the goods to us within 2 weeks after receiving them, clearly stating your name, address and order number, with a note giving us the reason for the return and whether you would like an exchange or refund. The costs for the refund are for the buyer.

If we find that the product has not been returned to us in a fully re-saleable condition, then we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item. You will be refunded once the products have been returned to us in good order or classified as lost by the carrier. The Daily Pins’ total liability for any claim arising shall not exceed the price of the goods supplied by The Daily Pins to the customer.
What if the parcel arrives damaged?

We ship to every country in Europe, except for Greece, Cyprus, San Marino and Ukraine. We ship to certain countries in the Americas, as well as Asia and the Oceania.

How do you ship your pins?

Dutch orders are shipped via PostNL.
International orders are shipped via Deutsche Post standard tracking. Please be aware that the shipping times start once your parcel has been dispatched. You are responsible for any additional duty, tax and VAT charges. Transit time will vary with destination.

We make use Mollie as its main payment provider. We offer a broad spectrum of payment methods like credit card (Visa, Mastercard and American Express), PayPal, iDeal, Klarna, Sofort, Bancontact or a SEPA bank transfer.
Will the payment be processed safely?

How do you ship your pins?

The more pins you get, the less you pay:
- 1 Pin: € 8,75 per pin
- 2 Pins: € 8,00 per pin
- 3 Pins: € 7,50 per pin
- 4 Pins: € 7,00 per pin
- 5 Pins: € 6,50 per pin
The 6thpin is for free.
Bulk prices for artist collection pins may differ.
For orders above € 35, the delivery costs are on us.
